Terms of use
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms cover Integuide AI News: the website at news.integuide.com, the daily emails, the RSS feed, the public JSON API and the MCP server used by our ChatGPT plugin and Claude connector (together, "the service"). The service is run by Integuide. By using it you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
What the service is
A free daily digest of AI news and an archive of past editions. The summaries, headlines and commentary are written with the help of AI models and reviewed by a person before the daily email goes out. They can still contain mistakes, so check the linked sources before relying on anything. The service is information, not professional, financial, legal or investment advice.
Using the service
- You may read, share and quote the digest. Please link back to the edition when you quote it.
- You may use the RSS feed, the JSON API and the MCP server, including through AI assistants, provided you don't overload them. We rate-limit requests and may block traffic that degrades the service for others.
- Don't use the service to break the law, to send spam, to subscribe addresses that aren't yours, or to interfere with its security.
Third-party content
Editions link to and quote articles, papers and posts by other people. That material belongs to its authors, and we aren't responsible for third-party sites. Quotations are short excerpts for news reporting and commentary. If you believe something we've published infringes your rights, email admin@integuide.com and we'll look at it promptly.
Our content
The digest's own text (its selection, summaries and commentary) is © Integuide. The uses above are permitted; republishing whole editions elsewhere needs our permission.
No warranty
The service is provided free and "as is". We don't promise it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or available at any particular time, and we may change, pause or stop any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: admin@integuide.com.
